Amboseli Institute of Hospitality and Technology is seeking a competent, proactive, and professional Relationships & Career Office Coordinator to strengthen industry linkages, coordinate career services, and enhance employability opportunities for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, particularly within the hospitality sector.
• Coordinate student industrial attachments, internships, and career placement opportunities.
• Organize career guidance sessions, employer engagements, and career-related events.
• Maintain accurate records of industry partnerships, student placements, and career activities.
• Provide career counseling and professional guidance to students.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to career office activities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven experience in the hospitality industry is mandatory.
• Previous experience in a similar or related role will be a strong advantage.
• Strong technical proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong attention to detail and professionalism.
