The Institute invites applications from qualified, competent, and passionate individuals to fill the position of Food & Beverage Tutor.
Job Purpose
To deliver high-quality training in Food & Beverage service, mentor students, and support curriculum implementation in line with TVET and institutional standards.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures, practical demonstrations, and assessments in Food & Beverage modules.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and evaluation tools.
- Supervise students during practical sessions and industrial attachments.
- Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain training equipment and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Provide student mentorship and academic guidance.
- Participate in departmental meetings, institutional events, and quality assurance processes.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Food & Beverage Management, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- At least 1–3 years’ relevant teaching or industry experience.
- Training of Trainers (ToT) certification will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrated competence in practical F&B service skills.
- Strong communication, mentorship, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.
